Cynthia Mills, RYT, CH, a registered yoga teacher and Certified Yoga for Golfers Instructor, was trained directly by Katherine Roberts, Founder and President of Katherine Roberts Yoga for Golfers.

Roberts’ unique approach to golf conditioning is a hybrid of western biomechanical research and eastern mind/body conditioning for performance, and her work has been profiled by USA TODAY, Golf Magazine, Golf for Women, Golf Week and US Airways Magazine.

Yoga For Golfers TM – “Because your body doesn’t get a Mulligan.” This program incorporates a series of exercises that slowly, gently, and effectively move your body toward greater strength and flexibility. Instruction focuses on proper body alignment, brings awareness to your breathing, and enhances winning visualization.
