today, and the
stress place on the human body, mind and spirit. Her background
in corporate insurance, health, wellness, and Yoga creates an
ideal blend of abilities and experience, to assist others who
are motivated to learn techniques for enriching their own lives.
Having practiced Yoga since 1978 and teaching since 2002, Cynthia
is adept at helping cultivate a compassionate inner awareness
that leads to personal transformation. Cynthia’s great

in her precise yet warm teaching style. She has offered classes
at Harmony House for group or individual yoga therapy, to specific
health related conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and
or cancer.
Recently, retired from the corporate world, after some life
altering experiences and her own health began suffering, she
realized
professional success would not sustain her, she asked herself
the question, “What now?” Cynthia said, “It
took over a year to shift my work to a broader scope, utilizing
all the resources I had access to and experimenting with the
various alternative methods I had learned, to begin addressing
healthful aging. As I begin to approach what may be considered
chronologically Mid-life, I recall the phrase which promises
the later years to be “Golden Years”. I bought that
dream; it is my intention to live it.” Cynthia also says that knowing how to take good care of one’s
self, and being a baby boomer, allows her to claim some authority
in her position to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Cynthia’s interest in making positive decisions to benefit
her own life is evident by her attendance at various conferences
on healing and anti-aging (including Reiki and Nutrition), and
through the various books, articles and online documentation
on the subject, with which she immerses herself. Her passion
is to share her experiences and knowledge with others and assist
them as well. Focus is not only placed on longevity; but on quality
of life as we age. Cynthia provides the tools to refine what
aging can be about, make it palpable and even fun for you.
“Today I see myself as having a mission in life to remind
people of the perfection in nature, the wisdom in sustainable
living
and the beauty of living from spirit. I believe people want to
experience living life from their center, strong and powerful
from their core, hopefully I can assist in that journey.” ~Cynthia
